Get API to fetch watchlist_screening records from the generated response for a specific submission.
Returns records with source, name, type, and confidence_score.
Rows are limited to record type matching the submission workflow: business submissions
only include business-type matches; individual submissions only individual-type matches.

Query Parameters:

• search_query: Search by record ID, name, source, or type
• source: Filter by source (ofac, uksanction, canada sanction, eusanction, unsanction)
• page: Page number (default: 1)
• page_size: Records per page (default: 10, max: 100)
• order: Sort by record id 'asc' or 'desc' (default: desc)
