Branding

The Branding feature allows you to customize the taxpayer experience by applying your organization's branding to the consent pages and email communications.

By configuring your company logo and brand color, taxpayers will see a familiar and trusted experience throughout the authorization process, helping improve recognition and confidence when interacting with consent requests.

How to Apply Branding?

Follow these steps to configure your organization's branding:

  1. Log in to your Compliancely account.
  2. Navigate to Settings.
  3. Select Branding Settings.
  4. Upload your company logo.
  5. Choose your brand color.
  6. Preview the changes
  7. Click Save to apply the changes.

Once saved, the configured branding will automatically be applied to:

  • Taxpayer consent pages
  • Taxpayer invitation emails
  • Taxpayer notification emails

Note: Branding changes are applied to newly generated consent requests. Existing consent requests continue to use the branding that was applied when they were created.
